First let me start off by saying ... excellent work SmithProject.org team in releasing this as Open Source! Very nice option for CF developers.
Is the Smith Binary w/Jetty, McKoi, and JRE only meant to be a "Demo" or ... will it perform the same as Smith configured under Apache & Tomcat?
I've programmed a small db-backed training app using Smith Binary release that includes Jetty, JRE & McKoi (using MySQL as db) and am getting close to deploying it. I've stepped through a couple CentOS tutorials (one from this site & one from CFOpen) to get Smith running under Tomcat & Apache with no luck. So my question is ... is the Smith Binary that runs with Jetty & McKoi (seems that startdb.sh which links to McKoi is required) sufficient for 10-20 users logged into the Smith CF server under their respective accounts?

The primary reason Jetty and McKoi are used in the Smith Binary bundles is that they are relatively small and easily configured, providing you with a quick start solution with Smith. On the other hand, Apache & Tomcat is the suggested way of deployment by our system administrator. Currently, there are no claims about Jetty performance compared to Tomcat.
